Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of our highly customizable and freshly made product, there are absolutely no cancellations within three (3) days prior to pickup/delivery date. We understand that there can be circumstances beyond control, and we are happy to appropriately package your order for you to take home and freeze.

Packing and bags may be charged depending on the amount of bags and boxes we use for your order(s).
